Access Talent Group are recruiting for an independent multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, who work both in the UK and internationally. They are looking to bring in a Highways Engineer to join their growing highways and Civil team. You will be involved in a wide variety of existing and new projects working across a number of sectors, an opportunity to work focused on innovation and client delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
* Competent in using AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
* Understanding of hydraulic design in relation to storm and foul water drainage network design
* Understanding of highway design principles
* Appreciation of flood risks and sustainable drainage principles
* Ability to write technical reports
* Ability to communicate clearly and presenting technical information
* Aptitude to develop technical skills and further learning
* Understanding of Health & Safety and environmental procedures
Job Responsibilities:
* Working within a team environment
* Mentoring and coaching talent
* Supporting Group Director and Regional Director to achieve budget and strategy targets
* Working closely with business managers on resource management, utilisation monitoring, and pipeline management
* Developing business and project management and technical delivery of highway schemes and infrastructure projects
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum
