The Role
Are you ready to being your precision, enthusiasm and eye for detail to a busy role in the Finance Department in our Glasgow Head Office. We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant where you will have the chance to develop you career in a high-performing finance team.
What You'll Be Doing
•Take ownership of your division's monthly management accounts and provide support to the business in understanding the drivers to detail
•Creation, analysis and evidencing of monthly accrual and prepayments
•Responsible for accurate production of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
•Support year-end stock counts and ensure that the management of assets are recorded accurately
•Build relationships with operations teams across different divisions and areas of the business to provide financial analysis on their performance
About You
What We're Looking for
•Relevant professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA) or working towards a professional qualification
•Highly numerate with excellent IT skills, in particular Excel
•Confident and self-motivated with the ability work on your own initiative
•Key support to the Finance Team Leader and Finance Manager
•High level of attention to details and accuracy when producing information
•Ability to build strong working relationships
•Excellent communications skills
