Miles Limited, part of Miles Group, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join us as an Accounts Receivable Administrator, where you’ll play an important role in keeping our accounts running smoothly.

About the role

As our Accounts Receivable Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the administration side of our business. Your main responsibility will be the proactive maintenance of our Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring that transactions are accurately processed and reconciled. You will also be responsible for following up on outstanding accounts with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receipting payments accurately and in a timely manner
* Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
* Creating and completing sundry invoices as required
* Following up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts
* Liaising with internal departments and external customers to ensure accurate records
* Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
