As an HR Generalist reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will cover general HR tasks, HR projects and payroll across the UK, US and Asia.
General Responsibilities
* Deliver confidential and efficient HR service across UK, US and Asia.
* Provide advice, guidance and resolve HR matters quickly and effectively, ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and legislation.
* Provide advice & guidance to supervisors and employees on all people-related matters.
* Support employee relations activities including onboarding, offboarding, probation, absence management, disciplinary & grievance procedures.
* Maintain employee data accuracy.
* Recruitment support: posting job opportunities, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring managers and chairing junior role interviews.
* HR induction: presentation, new employee paperwork, onboarding and inductions.
* Performance management: support Personal Development Reviews.
* Support on training requirements.
* Promote and support employee wellbeing.
* Contribute to development and improvement of HR processes.
* Monitor, review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with current legislation.
HR Project Responsibilities
* Lead and support HR projects such as policy updates, system implementations, process improvements, employee engagement initiatives and compliance-related changes.
* Support setup of new international business entities, ensuring HR policies, contracts and onboarding processes comply with local labour laws and company standards.
Payroll Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer payroll processes for the Group, ensuring accurate and timely processing across UK, US and Asia, working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
