At Rutland Manor, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant. Rutland Manor, based in Ilkeston, provides care and nursing support for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex needs. What you’ll be doing
* Providing person‑centred care tailored to individual needs
* Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
Position Details
* One full time position is available
* Shift times: 19:30‑07:30
* Working pattern: rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
* Location: Ilkeston, DE7 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)

* Pay in line with National Minimum Wage, with enhancements for NVQ Level 2 & 3
