An opportunity has arisen for a Sustainability Consultant to join a growing team working across environmental and wellbeing certification within the built environment.
This role is suited to someone with solid experience in certification delivery who is looking to take the next step, with increased responsibility across projects and the opportunity to support junior team members.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering environmental and wellbeing certification projects, primarily across BREEAM and WELL, while supporting project coordination and client communication.
You will also contribute to the wider team by assisting with reviews, mentoring more junior colleagues, and supporting ongoing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver BREEAM, WELL and related certification projects across a range of developments
* Support project coordination, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Provide technical input on sustainability and wellbeing strategies
* Review project outputs to ensure compliance with certification requirements
* Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients
* Support and mentor junior team members where required
* Contribute to proposals and ongoing client engagement
About You
* 3–6 years’ experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment
* Experience delivering BREEAM and/or WELL certification projects
* Relevant degree in sustainability, environmental engineering, architecture, building services or similar
* Accreditation (BREEAM Assessor/AP or WELL AP) preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Motivated to take on more responsibility and progress your career
