Senior Talent Consultant at Plexus | Hiring Recruitment Consultants into Crypto! Plexus is the world’s biggest Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain recruitment company. Founded in London in 2017, we have since grown to 50 heads and opened our Miami office in 2024. We are highly ambitious and plan to continue this progression as we always have done; from the ground up.
Compensation
* No thresholds on commission - you will earn on everything you bill.
* Up to a 40% commission bracket.
The role
* Manage the full 360 sales cycle, from Business development to closing deals.
* Finding Clients: market research, lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, relationship building and understanding key needs.
* Finding candidates: advert posting, headhunting, interviewing, process management.
* Develop an expert knowledge of the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space.
* Fast track to management and senior leadership.
What Success at Plexus looks like
* Promotion within your first 6 months
* 6-figure annual earnings within your first 3 years
* Become a Mentor after 1 year, Manage a team within 3.
* Representing Plexus internationally at crypto events

Who we are looking for
* Both Graduates and Non-Graduates considered.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
* A competitive nature (internally or externally) and the desire to be in a fast-paced environment.
* Growth minded and positive.
* Entrepreneurial experience and Crypto knowledge are not required but are a plus.
