We’re looking for calm, confident and resilient Behaviour Support Assistants to work with pupils in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and the surrounding areas. You’ll help children manage their emotions, stay focused in lessons and develop positive behaviour strategies that support their learning and wellbeing.
