The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be involved primarily be responsible for establishing the restaurant department in close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising all points of sale and restaurant activities, serving as the guardian of service quality.
* Recruiting, training, developing, and supervising the teams under his/her purview, nurturing team spirit and a sense of belonging to the hotel.
* Ensuring revenue maximization and effective cost management of the department, and implementing action plans accordingly.
* Managing the administrative aspects of the department and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
* Well-presented with a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a new and exciting restaurant setting.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
