The Role:
As Nightshift Supervisor, you will take the lead in managing all aspects of production operations during the night shift, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate nightshift production teams
* Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently
* Monitor and promote health & safety practices at all times
* Lead and motivate staff, promoting a positive team environment
* Handle any issues that arise during the shift and report to senior management
