Property Manager
At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join and lead our team in Stafford. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager
* Arrange all required safety inspections and certifications in line with current legislation.
* Ensure routine and additional property visits and checks are carried out within the required time frame.
* Liaise with contractors and outsourcing resources to ensure repair and maintenance works are completed to a satisfactory standard and within the agreed timescale, adhering to guarantees and warranties.
* Where possible and financially viable for the client, claim for repair and maintenance work under insurance.
* Determine liability for work between landlords and tenants.
* Ensure prompt and proper instruction of relevant payments regarding contractors, deposits, and landlord bills.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Property Manager

* Organized with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
