This role is key in managing the end-to-end movement of cargo via sea and road, while ensuring that all shipments meet regulatory and customs requirements. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in freight coordination, strong knowledge of import/export regulations, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation throughout the shipping cycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate sea and road freight shipments, including booking, loading, documentation, and final delivery. Manage daily communication with carriers, hauliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure on-time performance. Track and monitor shipment progress, proactively resolving delays or issues. Prepare and submit customs declarations and supporting documentation for both import and export shipments. Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, international trade laws, and commodity classifications (HS Codes).
