Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, player‑focused Product Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and player insight, shaping how our product features are positioned, launched, and improved.
Responsibilities
* Define clear value propositions and positioning for product features and experiences.
* Develop player insights, personas and segmentation frameworks to guide product and marketing decisions.
* Translate complex product capabilities into compelling player value narratives.
* Own go‑to‑market strategy for new features, product launches and enhancements.
* Partner with Brand, CRM, Affiliates and other marketing teams to ensure consistent positioning across channels.
* Ensure launches clearly communicate why a feature matters to players.
* Act as the voice of the player within product teams, bringing player insight into product discussions.
* Work closely with Product Managers to influence feature prioritisation, roadmap direction and product positioning.
* Navigate cross‑functional discussions between product, marketing and commercial teams.
* Guide products through the lifecycle from concept → launch → optimisation.
* Monitor player engagement and commercial performance to refine propositions and messaging.
* Use player behaviour and performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing or Proposition roles within digital products.
* Proven experience defining value propositions and leading go‑to‑market launches.
* Experience partnering closely with product teams in a cross‑functional environment.
* Strong understanding of player/customer behaviour and segmentation in consumer digital products.
* Ability to translate player insight into clear positioning and product narratives.
* Experience influencing product direction or roadmap discussions through customer insight.
* Excellent communicator and storyteller.
* Strong cross‑functional collaboration with product, marketing, data and commercial teams.
* Commercially minded with strong analytical thinking.
* Experience in iGaming, digital entertainment, gaming or other consumer digital products is highly valued.
* Gambling experience is a plus but not required if strong player‑centric thinking is demonstrated.
