ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team in a specialist SEN school in Dudley, West Midlands.

* Support the learning and development of pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons and learning activities.
* Lead small group and one-to-one sessions, providing targeted interventions to support academic, social, and emotional progress.
* Assist with classroom management and adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:
* Have a suitable qualification of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
* Have experience of working with children with special education needs and disabilities.
* Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* two years experience support students with Special Educational Needs
