Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment projects.
* Review specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
* Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
* Conduct site visits to assess project scope and costs.
* Support tender submissions and pricing proposals.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate project costing.
Qualifications
* Previous estimating experience within property maintenance, construction, or refurbishment.
* Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
