Full-Time Customer Service Adviser / Receptionist – Ferndown Location: Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday – approximately 35 hours/week

IT competent – comfortable using Microsoft Office and in-house systems
Provide a professional, friendly welcome to all clients — in person, by phone or by email
Support clients with enquiries, appointment scheduling, and product information
Manage reception duties, data entry, diary management and database updates
