Your Role
As a Partner Success Manager based in Warwick, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customer experience runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining strong relationships with our third-party software providers
* Onboarding new customers and inputting their information into our systems
* Communicating with customers and software providers to enhance relationships and resolve any issues
* Managing all administrative tasks related to customers and software providers
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
