* Collaborate with colleagues in mechanical, software, systems, test, manufacturing and supply chain to evolve the system architecture and deliver well integrated modular solutions.
* Mentor and coach electronics engineers, providing guidance on design practices, problem-solving, and technical reviews.
* Take responsibility for creating and refining robust development practices that ensure consistent, reliable and high-quality outputs, drawing on your previous experience.
* Provide technical oversight and review of PCB, cable assembly and power system designs to ensure robustness, reliability and compliance.
* Prepare and review technical documents, including specifications and test plans, that form part of the medical device technical file.
* Champion improvements to lab facilities, equipment and tools to ensure the electronics team has the resources needed to deliver effectively.
* Support recruitment, training, and retention of electronics engineers.
* Opportunities for line management and progression into more senior management roles if that aligns with your career goals.
