Job Description
This Process Engineer will:
1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace parts
2. Research customer specifications and explore new processes
3. Troubleshoot existing shop floor processes, tools, and equipment
4. Design new tooling and improve existing tooling
5. Produce engineering drawings and operation sheets for new parts
6. Interact with customers, operators, and vendors to resolve technical challenges
7. Review and implement engineering change notices and updated drawings
8. Evaluate data and product specifications to determine feasibility
9. Analyze data to confirm design compliance with specifications
10. Reduce waste and increase efficiency using continuous improvement tools

The Successful Applicant
A successful Process Engineer should have:
11. Engineering, metallurgy, or materials science degree preferred
12. 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing engineering experience
13. Familiarity with ISO9001 / AS9100D
14. Proficiency in CNC operations - Mastercam, SolidWorks, and ERP systems
15. Strong analytical skills and collaborative problem-solving approach
16. Background in machining and manufacturing processes
