About the Role
Our client is seeking Residential Childcare Practitioners and Seniors to join their dedicated team in their estbalished children's residential home in Walsall.
You will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential. You will work alongside a Senior Co-Worker on a structured rota, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
What Were Looking For
1. Experience in children's residential care or transferable skills
2. Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care
3. Level 3 Childrens Workforce qualification
4. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
5. Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Residential) or working towards this qualification
6. These qualifications are preferred rather than essential, and we welcome strong applicants who can demonstrate relevant experience, transferable skills, and a genuine commitment to working with children and young people
