Pay: £95–£120 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Are you a qualified HLTA (Level 4 or equivalent) looking for a new opportunity to make a difference? Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming primary school in Slough seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
About the role:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to whole classes in the teacher’s absence
* Provide targeted small-group and 1:1 interventions
* Support teachers in planning and assessing learning
* Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning
* Assist in creating a stimulating classroom environment
Requirements:
✅ HLTA Level 4 qualification (essential)
✅ Experience working in a primary or secondary school
✅ Confident in managing classes and delivering lessons
✅ A positive, proactive approach and a passion for supporting pupils
✅ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
