Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and patient coach to lead toddler football classes. This role involves delivering age-appropriate football sessions that focus on motor skills, coordination, and social development—while making sure every child is having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead engaging and fun football sessions for children aged 18 months to 5 years.
* Adapt coaching styles to suit the developmental stage of each age group.
* Use play-based learning techniques to teach basic football skills.
* Create a positive and safe atmosphere where toddlers feel confident to participate.
* Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers before and after classes.
* Set up and pack away all equipment before and after each session.
* Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
* Keep attendance records and provide feedback when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
* Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain before starting).
* Enthusiastic, energetic, and confident leading groups.
* Reliable, punctual, and organized.
* Excellent communication skills, especially with children and parents.
* Passion for early childhood development and sports.
Desirable:
* Coaching certification (e.g., FA Level 1 or equivalent).
* Pediatric First Aid certification.
* Knowledge of child safeguarding best practices.
