The Role
You will take ownership of projects from day one, delivering high-quality compliance and modelling services across the built environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead Part L and Part O assessments Operate confidently using IES VE software Provide technical expertise across energy modelling and compliance Mentor and support junior team members Contribute to the growth of additional sustainability services Work three days per week in the Nottingham office
M&E knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.
What Youll Bring
NDEA Level 5 qualification (or operating at that level) Strong IES modelling experience Solid understanding of Part L and Part O regulations Consultancy experience within sustainability or building services The ability to hit the ground running A quality-first mindset
