Base pay range
This HR Projects Manager is an interim role for around 6 months to help the HR Manager deliver HR systems focussed projects. You will act as the HR lead during the implementation and roll-out stages. This role is based in Goole with a small amount of travel and the opportunity for some hybrid working.
Our client is an SME FMCG business operating in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of systems focussed initiatives whilst the HR team continue to deliver BAU HR activities.
* Act as the HR lead for ongoing interlinked systems implementations.
* Ensure that delivery is on time and meets the needs of the business.
* Provide HR specialist input ensuring that the systems are effective and HR compliant.
* Provide other ad hoc HR support as required.
Qualifications / Profile
* An experienced HR generalist with good exposure to systems implementations.
* Excellent HR process knowledge and experience and the ability to translate this into an efficient and viable system that is fit for purpose.
* Available for the full six month contract and able to work on site in Goole most days.
* Available to start a new role by the beginning of October at the latest.
Job Offer
* A rate of c£30/hr or fixed term salary of £50-55k
* 6 month role initially
* Based in Goole with some hybrid working
* Flexible hours
