Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Operations Support Managers to join our team. Geographically, you will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites.
You will need multisite management experience, a passion for food and service and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed.
Responsibilities
* Manage, inspire, and engage the teams.
* Understand, track, and manage the schools' restaurant profit contribution to the business, being conscious of our food and service offering and client expectations.
* Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships, gain trust, and drive our shared goal of feeding more students, better food.
* Manage at least 4 sites; guide chef managers with the day-to-day running of the site and build excellent client relationships.
* Assist in the kitchen when needed.
* Communicate confidently at all levels, from kitchen to the board room.
* Prioritise tasks effectively, being self‑motivated, resilient, and highly organised.
* Create spreadsheets and presentations to demonstrate performance.
Qualifications
* Experience as an Operations Support Manager in contract catering.
* Tenure managing at least 4 sites.
* Chef background or ability to work in kitchen.
* Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* High organisational, prioritisation, and resilience.

Working Weeks
52 weeks per year (25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays).
Pay Details
£35,000 per year plus car allowance of £3,840 per year (paid monthly).
