The role: A leading property company is seeking a Lettings Administrator to be based on a high profile Build to Rent development in Birmingham. The Leasing Administrator will be responsible for coordinating administration and the move in process, supporting the property management and customer service teams. The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00 with some weekend cover required. Responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service to residents at all times Review and accept offers submitted, including right to rent checks Progress tenancies, including carrying out referencing and drafting tenancy agreements Process renewal paperwork Carry out check in/outs and property inspections Compile inventory reports Ensure lettings legal compliances are followed Deal with enquiries from tenants Compile client reports Complete ad hoc administration when required The person: Excellent customer service skills Prior administration experience, ideally within lettings Good organisational skills Excellent time management Ability to work as a team and multitask For more information or to apply, please contact Martha Kiernan at Collins Property Recruitment.
