Purpose of the role:
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities include posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs to our Compliance Team. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites, reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager. The role may require travel to other sites or events.
This position is within a fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, crucial for ensuring smooth recruitment operations.
Stakeholders:
Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Team, Compliance/Referencing Team
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders
Main duties:
* Advertising vacancies on various job boards using our ATS.
* Monitoring and reporting management information weekly and monthly.
* Supporting first-line screening of CVs and providing feedback to Recruitment Coordinators.
* Arranging interviews, preparing schedules, and inviting candidates.
* Conducting initial phone screenings when needed.
* Preparing recruitment packs for the Compliance and Referencing Team.
* Assisting with interview feedback.
* Gathering and chasing employment documents such as Right to Work, HMRC forms, and criminal checks.
* Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Additional duties may be assigned based on locality or role complexity.
Qualifications and experience:
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
* Experience with job boards.
* Experience working with external agencies is desirable.
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Experience in the aviation sector is a plus but not essential.
