Robert Half are proud to be exclusively partnered with a global business in Cambridge in the recruitment of an Office Manager/PA on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is to cover the maternity leave of a current member of staff, alongside a brief handover period.
The role will be based in Central Cambridge near to public transport links with an expectation of being in the office 3 days a week with 2 days a week available working from home in a hybrid setting. This is a salaried role working directly with the business for a determinate period - the salary available is 32-35k per annum.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide PA support to members of the team
- Attend team meetings
- Support and work with other PA's across the UK including covering of absences
- Report office updates to the Finance & Admin teams
- Arrange meetings and organise diaries - in person and Teams/Zoom calls
- Booking flights/hotels/trains
- Meeting and greeting of clients and/or any external guests
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing filing systems
- Maintaining condition of the office and generally acting as the "face" of the organisation
- New starter inductions
-Organising of events
- Various administrative duties as required
Experience required
- Previous experience in a PA/office manager type role
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
- Client-facing experience is considered highly advantageous
