The Mount Stuart Guide is responsible for overseeing individual House areas during periods of self-guided free flow admission and may conduct House and Garden Tours. As the voice of the Visitor Experience Team, Guides encourage and inspire visitors to learn about the House, Gardens and Bute Collection in an enjoyable and easily digestible way.
It is essential that the Mount Stuart Guide is friendly, enthusiastic and a great communicator who has a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. A strong interest in the arts and history is desirable as is the ability to speak a foreign language.
