At Two Tribes, we're passionate about creating exceptional beers inspired by innovation, collaboration, and London culture. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and with excellence.
The Role
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our products. This involves leading a small team, optimizing routes across London, and ensuring timely delivery in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse and driver teams
2. Oversee stock control, ensuring FIFO practices and accurate inventory systems (Breww)
3. Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
4. Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
5. Champion health & safety protocols and compliance
6. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
7. Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor out-of-stock risks
8. Collaborate with HR for team development
9. Drive performance using KPIs and process improvements
About You
You are an organized, adaptable leader who thrives on operational challenges, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You are hands-on, calm under pressure, and tech-savvy enough to manage systems effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Understanding of stock control and routing logistics
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency with IT systems and reporting tools
* Proactive mindset with a focus on safety and process improvement
