We are now recruiting for a Shop Manager to manage our busy charity shop in Longton. We seek an experienced and enthusiastic individual to oversee the shop operations, with flexibility to support other shops as needed.
The manager will focus on visual merchandising, product placement, and developing external events. Responsibilities also include managing a supervisor and a team of volunteers.
The shop stocks clothing, books, and general merchandise, operating 6 days a week. You will work 7.5 hours a day with the flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
As part of the St Catherine’s Hospice retail team, you will contribute to our mission of supporting patients and families. Our charity shops serve as vital community hubs, engaging with customers and donors who support our work.
