Do you love speaking with people and making families feel welcome?
At Centre Stage Theatre Academy, we're looking for a warm, organised and enthusiastic person to help guide new families from their first enquiry through to joining our classes and where better to start our search than with our parents and community who have first hand experience with Centre Stage.
This isn't cold calling — it's about connecting with parents, answering their questions, and helping children take their first step into the performing arts.
What We Offer:
* £14 per hour basic pay + monthly commission scheme.
* 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday within school hours (e.g. 9.30am–2.30pm)
* Full training and ongoing support — you'll never be thrown in the deep end
* A friendly, supportive team environment where your work truly makes a difference
What You'll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for new parents making enquiries
* Guide families through the admissions process (trial bookings, enrolments, next steps)
* Follow up with families after their trial class to offer support and encouragement
* Keep accurate records of enquiries and outcomes
* Work closely with our Academy Managers to ensure every new family feels welcomed and supported
About You:
* A clear, confident and friendly telephone manner
* Ability to build trust quickly with parents
* Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail
* Previous experience in customer service, schools, or performing arts environments is helpful — but attitude and warmth matter most
Location:
* Office based in Bromley, with school-friendly working hours
This is the perfect role for a working mum (or dad) who wants flexible hours during the school day, with the chance to boost earnings through bonuses. Most importantly, it's a role that helps children discover the magic of performing arts and gives families a warm welcome into our community.
We aim to host some informal interviews over the coming two weeks.

Experience
* Previous experience in an educational setting or related field is preferred.
* Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
