A small accounting practice and business advisors are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join their team.
Duties will include:
* Dealing with statutory filing for client companies
* Handling telephone enquiries from clients, HMRC, and funders
* Supporting the Directors on a day-to-day basis with secretarial and administrative duties
The ideal candidate will:
* Have good communication and organisational skills
* Be confident using the telephone and dealing with clients professionally
* Be reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently
* Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
Hours & Salary
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Salary: Competitive salary offered depending on experience
