We're looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Sales and Distribution Director to lead and scale our sales function across B2B and B2C channels. While experience in villas or accommodation-based travel is a bonus, it's not essential. What matters most is your ability to build and develop a high‑performing sales team, forge strong partnerships, and consistently deliver results in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing our sales and distribution strategy, enhancing team capability, and delivering ambitious revenue and margin targets.


Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and grow the sales team to deliver against KPIs, with a sharp focus on performance, accountability, and motivation.
* Design and execute sales strategies to drive growth across direct, trade, and third‑party channels, aligning with company goals.
* Embed a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and results‑driven activity within the sales function.


Channel & Distribution Strategy

* Grow existing relationships with key distribution partners – including travel agents, tour operators and OTAs.
* Identify and activate new revenue opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
* Oversee pricing, margin management, and commercial deal structures to ensure competitive, profitable distribution.
* Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to ensure campaigns, pricing, and product availability support sales success.
* Champion the customer journey across channels, with a focus on conversion, service, and retention.
* Ensure sales activities are informed by accurate data, robust reporting, and market insight.
* Use analytics, CRM tools, and reporting platforms to monitor performance and improve decision‑making.
* Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to influence commercial direction.
* Embrace technology and automation to improve team efficiency and sales conversion.


Qualifications

\
* An experienced, results‑oriented sales director, ideally from travel, hospitality, leisure, or a similar customer‑led industry.
* Very strong leadership skills, with experience building and developing sales teams that consistently hit or exceed targets.
* Commercially astute, with confidence managing complex sales pipelines, pricing strategies, and distribution models.
* Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
* Comfortable in a data‑led environment and capable of making smart, fast decisions with pace and clarity.
* Resilient, energetic, and hands‑on – with a clear drive for results and continuous improvement.
* Experience working with villa holidays, accommodation providers, or tour operations.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, booking systems, and commercial reporting platforms.
