We are recruiting a full-time SEND Learning Support Assistant to support learners with special educational needs, SEMH, autism and additional needs across specialist education settings.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in education, care, support work, youth work or graduates in psychology or related fields.

Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 and small group SEND support
• Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Support classroom learning and activities
• Provide care support including personal care where required
Requirements
• Experience in education, care or support roles
• Strong communication skills
• Patient, calm and reliable approach
• Passion for SEND education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
