Responsibilities
* Greet guest warmly and manage appointments with efficiency and professionalism.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clarity and care.
* Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional environment for our guests and colleagues.
* Ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and seamless experience.
* Anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
* Contributing ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations.
* Conducting pool testing and maintaining water quality to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
* Taking responsibility for opening and closing the spa facilities.

What we are looking for

* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus, but your attitude and alignment with our values matter most.
Working Pattern
* The role is part‑time 32 hours per week.
* Shifts are typically 06:00‑14:30, 08:30‑17:00, 11:00‑19:30 and 13:00‑21:30, scheduled across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.
* Flexibility is essential, as shifts will be allocated on a rotating basis to meet the needs of the business.
Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial, but most importantly, you will have the right attitude and enthusiasm to join the team. Full training will be provided.
