Office Administrator Stormguard Rainwater has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical. Monitor supplies and place orders as required. Help ensure the office remains clean, organised, and fully operational. Processing customer orders. Create and schedule content for the company’s social media pages, helping to maintain a strong online presence and promote our brand. Beneficial if you have: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role. Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience supporting HR or finance functions (desirable but not essential).
