Main responsibilities:
1. Keeping accurate records in relation to licence and insurance checks.
2. Where applicable for those colleagues with cash option, and licence checks for company car drivers.
3. Awareness and understanding of company health and safety commitments in order to support with promotion of best practice.
4. Whilst working to attain the Cert CII, the role holder will help to deliver compliance with all relevant areas of the insurance programme, including GDPR, FCA and company internal policies and procedures whilst raising awareness of areas requiring improvement.
5. Be prepared to help and cope with work demands where needed, including adhoc duties when required.
6. Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in the Admin function.
