ASD Teaching Assistant – Join a Supportive SEN School This September

The Role:
* Support students aged 4–16 with ASD in small group and 1:1 settings
* Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans
* Encourage communication, social skills, and emotional regulation through structured routines
* Use visual timetables, sensory strategies, and positive reinforcement techniques

* Experience working with children with ASD or other special needs (school, home or community-based)
* Calm, patient and proactive approach to behaviour management
* Someone who is compassionate, consistent and ready to learn from the team
