Duties:
Reconciling financial data
Record income and expenses in Xero
Ensure that any requests are responded to in a timely manner
Report on monthly budgets
Journal accruals
Create and distribute monthly reports to management
Reconcile accounts
Ensure that compliance is maintained at all timesSkills Required:
Previous accountancy experience an advantage
Experience with CRM or Accountancy systems an advantage
At least 3 years of office based administrative experience is essential
