An amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dynamic forward‑thinker who will enjoy working in a vibrant, growing Physiotherapy Practice.

We are looking for the right person to be our receptionist and administrator and undertake the following duties:

* Reception duties – meeting and greeting of patients
* Appointment scheduling and processing payments
* Handling enquiries and efficient diary management
* Telephone bookings and rescheduling
* Clinic administration
* Maintaining a clean and professional clinic environment
* You’ll take pride in creating an exceptional customer experience.
* You’ll have great people skills, fantastic communication and enjoy working as part of a dynamic and fun team.
* You are excited about making a positive difference in people’s lives
* You are organized and efficient, with effective follow-through.
