SEMH HLTA – Specialist Provision in Haywards Heath

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Pay: £140 per day
We are seeking an experienced HLTA to join a specialist provision in Haywards Heath. This role involves supporting secondary‑aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, working closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support and maintain a structured, supportive learning environment.
The Role Includes:
* Supporting learning and behaviour management across the provision
* Delivering small group or one‑to‑one interventions
* Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
* Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement
* Adhering to safeguarding procedures at all times
