Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale is looking to recruit a new Treasurer to join its Trustee Board.
Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale is looking for a committed, enthusiastic individual with a strong background in finance to join its Trustee Board in the role of Treasurer. Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale is a dynamic charity that helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale have over 150 paid staff, one of the largest local Citizen Advice offices in England & Wales, with an income of over £7 million.
Formal accountancy qualifications and a good understanding of the principles of sound financial management and strategic planning are essential. Board meetings are held in the early evenings on a monthly basis.
This is an unpaid post but travel expenses are paid.
