You’ll be working for an impressive £1.7 billion group of distribution businesses that continue to grow through the high-quality service they provide alongside quality, branded products. The Opportunity
As a Branch Manager, you will:
* Be at the forefront of driving sales growth and company performance
* Develop and maintain relationships with both new and some existing customers
* Have full autonomy and be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
* Ensure the achievement of your set targets and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* B2B sales and management experience
* Experience in the industrial sector, this can be mechanical, electrical etc.
* Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities
* A proven track record of developing relationships with both suppliers and customers
* Natural leadership qualities
