Year 1 Class Teacher - Solihull
Are you an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a new position? Monarch Education is working with a Primary School in Solihull to find a Year 1 Class Teacher for a full-time role until the end of the academic year 2025.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching KS1, preferably Year 1
* Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
* Effective classroom management skills
* Experience using assessment methods to monitor pupil progress
Main Duties:
* Create and implement engaging lessons across all Year 1 curriculum subjects
* Assess and track pupil progress
* Provide feedback and adjust teaching strategies
* Maintain a positive classroom environment
* Follow safeguarding policies
* Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere
