Sales Administrator / Renewals Specialist
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a personable and process‑driven Sales Administrator / Renewals Specialist to join our dynamic and versatile Account Management Team based in Alton, Hampshire. You will provide administrative support to our major accounts, including providing quotations within set SLA times, assisting with queries, raising and processing orders, and increasing margins month on month.
* Manage renewals contracts, providing high level of accuracy and fast turnaround for quotations and processing orders.
* Become the go‑to expert for a set of vendors, managing the quote and order process.
* Provide sales administration support to external sales team members, renewing contracts and exploring upsell opportunities.
* Own and manage the renewals operational cycle, liaise with key stakeholders ensuring smooth running of the sales cycle from preparation to deal completion.
* Provide the highest level of customer service, developing and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships that enhance and promote the sales of Exclusive Networks’ portfolio.
* Understand a diverse range of vendor products, ensuring knowledge of features and pricing is up to date.
* Work to a financial target and KPIs geared towards a high level of accuracy and turnaround time, increasing the products brought through the client base and thus increasing gross margin.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal sales administrator is personable, develops strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally, and has:
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales administration.
* Responsive and efficient with strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
* Commercially aware with strong attention to detail and administration skills.
* Keenness to learn and develop, with a strong desire to meet and surpass targets.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
* Ability to problem solve, identifying a client’s needs and responding accordingly.
* Knowledge of the IT industry; knowing our vendors would be excellent.
* Experience using a CRM system.
