Our Client, a forward-thinking and collaborative accountancy group, is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior or Semi Senior to join their Salisbury office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values local relationships, professional growth, and collective expertise.

The RoleAs an Accounts Senior or Semi Senior, you'll take ownership of a client portfolio, delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic advice and ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of clients, lead meetings, and provide tailored advice
2. Oversee client relationships including quoting, service agreements, invoicing, and renewals
3. Assist in preparing management and annual accounts, forecasts, and performance reports
4. Build relationships with professional contacts such as IFAs, solicitors, and financial institutions
5. Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support
6. Report on portfolio performance and contribute to internal targets
About You
7. ACA or ACCA qualified (or working towards qualification)
8. Minimum of 3 years' experience in practice
9. Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and tax legislation
10. Commercially aware, analytical, and detail-oriented
11. Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
