About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with a range of educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, caring, and committed to helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support in and outside of the classroom.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with EHCPs.
Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role or working with children (preferred but not essential).
A genuine passion for education and student development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A calm, encouraging, and flexible approach to working with young people.
