Salary:£25,00 – £27,000 (Based on Experience)

As aPreauthorisation Case Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring our members receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support when they need medical treatment. You’ll collaborate with our Medical and Claims teams, handle global queries, and deliver world-class service across phone, email, and digital platforms.

What Your Day Might Look Like
* Manage preauthorisation requests from start to finish—assessing eligibility, confirming benefits, and coordinating care.
* Liaise with members, providers, and underwriters to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation.
* Deliver empathetic, efficient service across all channels.
* Monitor ongoing cases and escalate complex issues to the Medical Team or leadership.
* Support members in using our online portal and guide them through their claims journey.
* Collaborate with our provider network to contain costs and optimise care.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general office procedures.
* Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in medical insurance, claims, preauthorisation, or underwriting.
* Language skills (especially German or Spanish) are a plus!
