Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £52.5k, based on experience
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and oversee a team of skilled electrical engineers to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.
* Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and electrical codes.
* Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks to upskill team members and promote a safe working environment.
* Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience as an electrical maintenance technician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
